Acustisol is a material aimed for the absorption of vibrations, as well as for impact sound insulation. It is composed of an elastomeric layer and a substrate made up of fragments of rubber, which provides the damping characteristic of a vibration absorber and the rigidity necessary for a good behavior under load and heavy weight situations.
The insulation material is made of recycled rubber.
It is easy to apply, and it had proven to have a good performance in terms of impact noise and vibration reduction.
The quality/price ratio is excellent.
Acustisol is a highly recommended insulation material for insulating floors and walls in main building structures against structural and solid vibrations. It features both inertia bases and floating baseplates.
