The ground floor houses various testing laboratories. Acústica Integral was responsible for constructing the acoustic enclosure for the dynamic vehicle test bench.
The acoustic treatment varies depending on whether walls already exist or need to be constructed.
Acustisón-50A acoustic panels were installed on the existing walls. This material reduces the acoustic effect of reflections, decreasing reverberation time and the sound pressure level generated by the vehicles during testing.
In areas without walls, Acustimódul-80A acoustic panels were used. The internal perforation is the same as that of the Acustison-50A, but also provides acoustic insulation to the surface on which it is installed.
Access to the interior from the control module, by technical personnel, is through an RS5C acoustic door.
To ensure adequate ventilation and gas extraction during testing, an air supply and extraction system using SNA acoustic silencers has been installed.
The acoustic treatment is integrated with the existing sectional door, with detailed finishing details to minimize leakage at these joints.
